Management here is awesome and very helpful when it comes to room payment. They try to understand everyone's situation. Customer service is outstanding either on the phone or in person. Management always wants to insure everyone's safety as well as their property so Management has a outstanding relationship with LPD. Anyone and everyone that causes a problem or is loud and unsavory they are permanently banned from the property. So there isn't any traffic or unwanted people allowed out here thanks to Management. Management will try to fix any problem that may occur with a guest room to make sure their stay with Economy Inn is comfortable so that they are a return guest. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, Management is also in the process of remodeling rooms to better accommodate guest when they stay. Maintenance and the Cleaning Service is always helpful and has a smile on their faces. I seen people say they have roaches and bed bugs but I haven't had a problem with any pest on any occasion. So that must mean they brought the bugs with them. Also the people that have been banned from the property need to stop leaving reviews just because you was dumb and messed the room up or got kicked out because you caused a problem or couldn't pay for your room don't take it out on these people's business all because of your mess up.
The first building has been updated and are nice, big rooms. The staff has always been super nice and easy to deal with... would definitely recommend it for the price and stuff...
It’s a bit rundown, but it’s a hell of a lot better than the last place I stayed. Decent prices, and the people who work here are willing to work with you to remove any bugs, obviously just there for a check, but very kind and easy to deal with.
Place was clean quite and exceptional customer service
They need to pay attention who goes in & out , seen a few on drugs recently even though they left . Room service & all that is good , pretty straight forward folks just be nice an there nice back .. I'm glad they was able to get us a room by the month .. Thank y'all .
The owners are very helpful and will work with you if they see that you are trying to help your self. Very quiet where I stay at. The front desk lady always respectful. All in all everyone is going the extra mile for my daughter and myself. Love the owners and front desk lady they think of it more than just a pay stub,they try to make it feel like home
My stay here has been awesome, no one bothers us, the manament are awesome so helpful when you need something they go out of their way to make sure you're ok. They are working on making improvements, the police drive thru no harassment just doing their job
